Operation Management Energetic and Economic Investigation

Question: Discuss about the Operation Management for Energetic and Economic Investigation. Answer: Introduction Hawkesbury Cabinets Pty Ltd is an organization that produces and plans specially made kitchen Cabinetry. The organization was founded in Sydney in the year 2008 by Fung and Chen (White Pages - Search for an Australian Business, Government Department or Person, 2016). The company is facing some challenges due to its operation. The assignment covers current process and production system of Hawkesbury Cabinets, its effect on the latest builders. The essay also discusses the operational issues of the organization. Analysis and Discussion Present Production System of Hawkesbury Cabinets The function of Hawkesbury Cabinets includes facility from the single manufacturing unit. Manufacture of standard as well as custom kitchen operation was provided by the company in Mulgrave (White Pages - Search for an Australian Business, Government Department or Person, 2016). The equipments that are needed for superior machines are very much flexible and they are needed for different cabinets, which are designed for the use of the customers. The different processes include painting and finalizing the kitchen cupboards, which are completed in an environmentally forbidden way. Different assembly regions are located strategically in the Hawkesbury Cabinets Pty Ltd. The products that are manufactured by the company are kept at high esteem in order to reflect the superiority of the material that is selected. The organization is facing many challenges due to adoption of new techniques and processes in the company (Niknam et al., 2012) The problems or challenges that are encountered by the organization includes lack of spacious industrialized area, manufacture of products that are price sensitive and lack of inflexible delivery requirement. It is stated by Copil et al. (2015), that the cost of production as well as stringent delivery system highlights the production at lower prices. It provides help to the organization in producing large quantity of products, which are obtained at very low costs to the customers or clients. On the contrary Helleno et al. (2015), argued that the organization sometimes for increasing sales offers products at inferior costs but those goods are not of high-quality. It is not possible for any company to provide best-featured products at low prices. It is stated by Niknam et al. (2012), the operation administration of the organization helps in implementing various objectives and strategic practices. The most significant function of the operation management is to effectively manage and use the assets of the company. If the potential limits of the products are increased, it is possible for managing the operations of the company. The operational management employed in the organizations includes processes such as inventory, managing income and resources. On the other hand, it is stated by Parisio and Glielmo (2013), that the operational management of an organization is dependent on various components of the company. In order to achieve success different organizations built proper plans for running their business but if the programs or plans are not used properly then the organization will be unsuccessful to perform effectively (Sedaghati and Kavousi-Fard, 2014). As a result, proper management is much more needed in the organization for achieving proper success. The operation management of the business uses certain processes, which includes manufacture of cabinets in small assemblies for increasing the sales and for meeting the needs of the organization. The organization has used various implementation processes in the operation management of the organization (Parisio et al., 2013).The organizations are facing lot of challenges related to delivery requirement, cost and manufacturing processes. It is very much necessary as well as important for a company to have effective production as well as operation system that helps in increasing the economic condition of the organization as well as assisting in gathering the needs of the customers or the clients. Analysis of the new builders kitchen on the operation of the organization The sales of the latest builders are increasing at a faster rate, which led to additional scheduling of job in the organization. Priority is always given to custom kitchen whenever any scheduling trade-off is made (White Pages - Search for an Australian Business, Government Department or Person, 2016). This is because of the high sales and revenue margins of the organization. The amount of work was increased when the components of cabinets are left for completing the different phases. This helps in changing the various regions of manufacture of a plant that is crowded with some partial work. According to Shabanpour and Seifi (2015), proper manufacturing as well as production is significant for developing a business. Proper system of manufacturing and implementation of products not only increases efficiency but also helps in reducing the price of the product. It also helps in introducing some unique systems for developing the skills of the workers, which helps in providing support for the new changes in the business. It is argued by Stoppato (2012), proper implementation and manufacturing processes needs help from the employees of the organization. They help in planning proper implementation and production processes, as they are the individual who can enhance the production by getting involved. They serve as a helpful resource to the organization. Workers of the company also put their entire effort for making the manufacturing processes of the company effective. According to Tano (2013), JIT is a policy that helps in signifying the wasteful resources of the organization. The business justice that helps in making the bond with the recordings of completed goods and services of the company. The finished goods of the company interfere with the revenue. The ideal JIT scenes are very much essential in a company as it provides help in delivering and purchasing goods and products when they are essential. Organizational issues due to the operational problems in Hawkesbury Cabinets Accountant of Hawkesbury Cabinets reveals that the limits of cost are inappropriate. Costs that are related with proper average builders line were increasing (White Pages - Search for an Australian Business, Government Department or Person, 2016). Therefore, an increasing amount of capital is binded with the help of the accounting process of raw material. For accommodating with the amount of recordings, warehouses were rented. Mai Chen was disturbed with increasing lead times that is both because of normal and habitual orders. It was stated by Zhang et al. (2016), that there are numerous challenges caused due to the operational issues and they are confronted by the organizations. Inappropriate developing process led to many organizational issues. The clients want quality-based goods at low prices. The organization faces financial losses in meeting the demands of the people. Sometimes the organization wants to offer best quality product at marginal cost as a result the economic condition of the company comes in danger. Conclusion It was concluded from the review that Hawkesbury Cabinets Pty Ltd had faced numerous operational problems due to the practices and the processes that are adopted by the organization. The challenges that the company faces is mostly due to spacious process of manufacturing, due to lack of severe delivery obligation and production of cost sensitive goods. In this assignment, it can be conclude that the costing factor of the organization has appropriate approach towards increasing the typical line of builders. References Copil, G., Truong, H.L.
